Paris Medieval Tapestries, Carousels, and Sunshine along the Seine

After a fun Friday in Paris, we started Saturday with a delicious breakfast at Dose Rue Mouffetard, complete with the best looking avo toast and a fresh salad for him, yogurt with granola and berries for her, and cappuccinos and fresh pressed juice du jour to share.  If you’re in the 5th, it is an all star breakfast cafe!! Exploring Ibiza Town

If you’re in the White Isle and need a break from the sun and beaches or the weather isn’t perfect, head on over to Ibiza town for a fun afternoon of exploring!  It is a picture perfect hilltop town with narrow, windy cobblestone roads, white houses with colorful shutters, and a castle on top. Crossover into the historic old town via drawbridge into the walled town. Ibiza Birthday Part Two: Beaches and Clubs

Ibiza Beaches After the birthday celebrations we had plenty of beach time in Ibiza.  Throughout the week we spent our days at our local beach Playa d’en Bossa in the south, another southern beach ses Salines, Cala Comte, my very favorite beach in the north-west, and Cala Benirrás in the north. |Location: Innsbruck, Austria| Innsbruck is an amazing little town nestled in the Austrian Alps that has so much to offer, but often gets overlooked as a European destination.  I think it’s the perfect weekend getaway and should not be missed, no matter the season!  This Alpine town is so picturesque, you’ll be pinching yourself in disbelief!  What makes it unique to me is that it is a true city in the mountains. Skiing the Portes du Soleil

|Location: Chatel, France| Skiing the Portes du Soleil is one of my favorite winter vacations living in Stuttgart.  The ski area is quite large with a lot of connecting villages.  You can even ski from France into Switzerland and back within the day which I think is pretty awesome.  The Savoy region is an easy five hour drive from Stuttgart (well… that’s assuming you don’t put the wrong hotel into Google maps and drive an extra 2 hours through snowy Alpine switchbacks fearing your death… then drive two hours backtracking through the snowy switchbacks.  Long story you’ll have to ask […]
